North Country Engineering (USA) made the receiver for them. The other one is Caspian Arms with a CA prefix on the serial number. I have a CA made one. I got a rifle someone built a Rhodesian kit on. It worked perfect but I bought a R1 receiver from DSA and moved it over and painted it. The century is going to be a mutt with a collection of mishmash of parts I have picked up in trade over the years. Including a new 16 inch DSA barrel with the built in ban comp I got for 20 or 25 bucks. I'm curious on the front of the mag well is there a crescent or a fairly large rectangle ? I have a rectangle and it looks like an inch cut but its not just a simplified metric mag cut. |

Bought a bunch online for less than $5 a piece in the 1990’s was shocked when I sold my FALs and people were paying $15 to $20 for them. Now that I’m getting back into the platform can’t hardly find them for under $50. |
