I’m making a Hudson Bay Camp Knife and it’s almost finished, this is a Big Girl!!! 9-1/2” blade, almost 15” OAL 1/4” thick 8670 high nickel steel heat treated to HRC-58 2” wide, flat grind Brass bolster pinned and silver soldered in place Arizona Desert Ironwood handle scales If you’re gonna go mono a mono against the Bigfoot, this is the blade you want Attached File Attached File |

@doubleplusgood I can't wait to get my hands on this beauty. That will be the perfect knife for me to carry on the creek bottoms here in SWOK. and who knows, maybe I will run into a samsquatch  I have to tell you all, it has been a real treat working with OP on recreating this camp knife. He is a true master of his art. |
