Like the title says, whats the best way to clip a baffle

With a milling machine (or other live spindle machine with precision controls) and a ball end mill.

While a mill would be ideal, I've used a dremel with a small grinding but to do it. I've had no issues related to the clips.

There are many different types of clips depending on design and caliber.

I’ve seen some where it’s just a hole drilled near the bore, not a clip I suppose but seems to serve the same purpose.
