How is PSA doing NICS checks on "Title 1" cans?

Are they running it under "Other", or only taking South Carolina LTCs?

No, I don't have any cans or SBRs in stock to sell, just curious how this sudden manifestation of Constitutional propriety is working.

I was wondering the same thing. I would have to assume "other" would be the only option.

I'm still waiting to see what happens with this in 2 months.

Given NICS crashed under the load, I think the NFA is done.

Yes, it gets marked as other on the 4473 just like it always has. The only difference now is that since there is no form 4 anymore that included a background check the normal NICS check has to be performed.
