Going to mod a few chest rigs I have that use an adjustable SRB for pull backwards adjustment. Probably going to cut buckle and use that Super G-hook and two metal tri-glides, but was wondering what to use for adjustment? The options in my cart are ITW GT Ruck Ladder Loc and ITW GTLL Ladder Loc There is a cost difference but not enough to care about on a DIY. Any wisdom besides buy both and try it? |

Unloaded works fine. Need to run it with mags and a plate, but the LBT plate pocket needs fixing. I think that's why they were running a sale on it. If MSM tells me to pound sand, I'll use some onewrap or camoform to lock the g-hook on. One of those sling silencers would work too. I bought the GT Ruck Ladderloc, but I think the GTLL would work better as it would lock down the top loop at both ends instead of setting floppy in the loop. Stuff you could fix if you wanted to sew, but that's a bridge too far for my time. This meets my goals. |
