Has anyone ever seen or heard of this? Brand new trust, single RP, 9 Form4's from 3/10 to 3/26 and every one of them arrived at my dealer today 4/29. I will post pics tomorrow when i pick everything up. 3/10 submitted DA Ghost45 DS Sandman S 3/21 Sico Maxim9 DA Wolverine SiCo Omega9k 3/26 SiCo Octane45k CZ S2 9mm Ti YHM Turbo IWI X95 SBR Two of for E-Form1's have cleared in the last 60 days as well. I am blown away and have never seen this. I am also stoked to pick up all my toys from my dealer tomorrow. Its going to be Christmas in april... I just hope the two transferrables I'm working on right now can possibly clear this fast! I have another Pre-41F trust with several items that I decided to keep separate from this one. I've been dealing with NFAids since 2008. EDIT: dealer told me 10 stamps, i was so excited i parroted what he said in a forum post. its 9 stamps. :-) EDIT2: added pic Attached File |

there are only two things i can think of that could have had any effect outside of pure luck and mixup with how they put the stamps in queue.
1) i had a E-Form1 in process when i submitted the first F4 and they re-used the FBI Background. 2) about 3/15ish i submitted everything needed for a UPIN and that some how sped up background check times. Who knows, i have a lot of these damn stamps and i have never seen anything like this. I am not moving, not military, not LE, and there were no requests or reasons for the submissions to be expedited. |

Yeah I just had a form 4 come back in like 67 days. Apparently the dealer got bought out and any form 4's in process were to be expedited. Whatever I'll take it! For what its worth, someone like your self should always be front of the line. Thank you for your service. |

It’s been really weird. Form 1 submitted through SS about 12 months ago. Another submitted 2 months later, then another about 3 months after that. Second one came back after I made a mistake on serial number. Corrected and returned. Then the SS system was no longer kosher with ATF and my third lingered while they sorted it out. This last Saturday I get #2 and # 3. #1 came yesterday. I’ll never figure out how things work there, but it was kinda like Christmas the last couple days. |

Look at NFATracker.com to see how the most recent approvals have spiked in duration to nearly 1 year. Whereas 6 months ago approvals were averaging about 6 months. Ugh. |

That’s awesome. I had two stamps(form 4s) approved in 45 days last summer. I spoke to my examiner about it because i didn’t believe it when the call center rep told me. The examiner grabbed a box of forms out of order and processed those. Most likely what happened to you. Congrats on the nfa lottery win. |

ATF has been pulling multiple applications and approving them at the same time. Not sure when this started but it's happening all over. It makes sense and burns down the piles faster. So the guys with the piles of processing stamps are getting shuffled ahead. Capitol Armory are calling it baller applications or baller status. |

If i just got 9 back approved, then sent in two more, how many do i need to get into pending state to trip the multi-approval? It would be worth it to me to get a few more in the system which i planned to buy later in order to get my MG approved quicker. |

I guess we should assume it is 9 forms pending get the batch approve? What odd is that the form 1 from July was sent in a day later than another Form 1, which was approved in November 18 |

So what it seems like is if we buy a few today and a few in a few months and roughly 6-8 months down the line, buy a few more, what will happen is all 9+ will get batched approved. The oldest 1-3 gets all the other ones approved. It’s not like buy all 9 in one shot and you get ahead of the line.
Maybe get some cans and SBR’s now and make the MG purchase towards the end  hopefully you only wait a month on all 9!

Is it possible that the appointment of acting deputy director Lombardo was the catalyst for batching approvals (again)?
https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/attorney-general-appoints-regina-lombardo-acting-deputy-director-bureau-alcohol-tobacco Hard to know unless there is some insider (or someone who communicates with an insider) to confirm. The timing of the two events makes it plausible. |
