Have to give a shout out to iRay here. I had purchased a used RH25 V2 to replace my V1 (awesome upgrade BTW). Unfortunately for me I didn't realize they came with a remote and I had tossed the shipping box, presumably tossing the remote control. I emailed iRay to see about buying a new one, and they replied right away and said they could probably dig one up for me. A little while later not only a remote, but a battery, a small cap (that I also forgot about) and an eyecup showed up! I really appreciate that kind of service. |
