Thinking about converting my X95 to a 13 inch, but would like to hear opinions of others who have done it. I love my 12'' AR and it works fine for me ballistically, so I would imagine a SBR'd X95 would as well. Any issue with accuracy, or suppressor use or blowing your hand off? Thanks. |

I've never fired an X95 with the 13" bbl but I did get to see one and compare it to a 13.8" AUG SBR. The AUG 13.8" handle and balances WAY better. Even with the 13" bbl the X95 is an imbalanced but heavy pig by comparison. It definitely torques your wrist where the AUG does not. |

Not interested in the Aug, more interested in the comparrison between the 16 and 13 x95. but how does it torque your hand? seems like shortening the barrel would take weight off the front, can't imagine it's more front heavy. |
| I'm not an operator, more a collector, and I love mine. Haven't noticed an accuracy difference, but I'm using a red dot on shorter ranges. I don't and probably won't suppress mine until I figure out a gas system fix as it's already over gassed. I don't expect to shoot my hand either. |

One of my favorites, haven’t shot it with a can yet, but it’s a fun gun and looks sweet! So just do it  I had to piece mine together and had the 16” barrel chopped by JPGrips Attached File |

I replaced the recoil spring in my X95 with the Shooting Sight extra power spring, filled the space under the top rail with automotive silicone adhesive and a piece of black duck tape over the left ejection port. This helped greatly with over gassing and gas escape. I never take my suppressor off. I also have an AUG. The AUG is a great rifle but I will take the X95 every time. As far as comparing the 16" to the 13" barrel. I had the chance to compare mine side by side with a suppressed SBR X95 and find the difference not worth the exspence. |

I have the factory 13” sbr and a 16” x95. That gun really shines in SBR form. I run a velos low back pressure can and it runs great. In fact, it’s shorter with the suppressor attached than my 11.5 inch AR15. Very compact package considering the ballistics it packs. I have no complaints holding it or shooting it, very cool little package. |
