I have several form 4 suppressors (in a trust and the form 4 was submitted through Silencer Central). I'm thinking about submitting a form 1 for MP-5 clone pistol and have a couple of questions: 1. Do I need to submit fingerprints again since they're already on file with the ATF? If so, what's the easiest method to get an electronic set? 2. When you fill out the overall length, does that permanently lock you into that stock length? |

They aren’t actually “on file with the ATF”. You have to submit another set for every submission. 2. No it doesn’t. |

I have to submit my prints every time at my inconvenience, but I'm certain if they suspected I was doing something naughty, they'd be able to find them in a hurry. Got to love government paperwork. |
