Finished my second stamp. 22LR Hearing safe with supers. Movie quiet with subs 6.8" long 1" diameter 3.14ounces 8 total baffles. 7 3D printed in PAHT-CF hybrid k-baffle/indexing cup baffle 1 stainless blast baffle aluminum tube, endcaps and spacer. going to rattle can it to match my red/grey/black 22lr  Attached File Attached File |

Oh this is cool! I just submitted some form 1's and still researching baffle designs in the past I hav machined k, m, and cone baffles on a lathe and then clipped on mill. This 3d printing has really gotten my interest for .22 stuff. I think your design with traditional tube and printed baffles is the way to go! If you don't mind me asking what was your printer cost and type? |

I use a qidi Q2 https://us.qidi3d.com/products/qidi-q2 as far as marking. a combination of 3d printing and store bought lego jig... I can move the V-block so ! can do letters in a either direction on the tube. Attached File My stamping jig after a little practice makes nice mostly straight letters. 1/16" letters on a 1" tube. They are a k baffle with an angle impact face surrounded by a cup. they are clipped and the cone has a cut out for the gas to reach the cup. |
