Anyone get this? Attached File ETA: It's fake, confirmed by a friend of mine at DHS. He said that any FFL who gets this needs to contact ATF immediately. No Secretary memos have been released since mid 2025 and the letter doesn't meet the letterhead requirements. |

The letterhead logo looks like a really bad scan. Every letter I've ever seen from the DHS has normal letter components (heading, inside address, etc.) This has none. Even if it was the intent, no one would ever make a written claim suspending anything in the BoR, so it's BS just based on that. Obvious fake is obvious. |

Obvious fake as soon as I got to the "temporary suspension of the Second Amendment" part. I'm really surprised an experienced FFL would even have to ask. |
trobertson5-0 I wasn't put in jail for what I did. I was put in it for what I think. There were FBI agents posting in my threads. I've seen the discovery showing this.

ATF sent me the warning about this today. ATF says: "This is an important message from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. We are aware of the “Notice of Enhanced Protection Policies for Homeland Security Agents” placed on an FFL’s door. We have confirmed with HSI this notice is a hoax. ATF is committed to working with our FFL partners. If you have any questions, please contact your local ATF office. See attached for an example of this hoax." Pretty funny that whomever ginned this up spelled "Second Ammendment" of the "United State" wrong.
