| Had a customer order a suppressor from me. Hes a friend so I asked if we could try the efile since I have never done one before. He went to a SS kiosk and got his electronic fingerprints done. But now I need some instruction on how to do the efile form 4. Do I initiate it as the ffl and somehow send it to him? Or does he need to register on eforms and initiate it and then send it to me? I'm lost. |
| Are you a SS vendor? They won’t give him his print file otherwise, as far as I understand it. He needs to create an eForms account himself, then you initiate the form 4 on your computer and fill out your part. He fills out his personal info, adds picture and fingerprints (he can get the .eft file from other places), and does the payment info. Then he inputs his PIN, you input yours, and it’s submitted. Very easy. |
