Double header : SBS Form 1 / Vepr - 12 Efiled as individual EFT Prints submitted Pic of receiver submitted Submitted 7/27/36 Denied 8/7/26 My fault because I fat fingered the serial number / did not match submission pic. Day it was denied , everything the same but with correct serial number re- Efiled. Submitted 8/7/26 Approved 8/11/26 No conditions. Nice catch on their part and quick follow up. Now we need to get MG's going the same way. |

Things seem to be picking up. Or maybe I just got lucky. Individual Form 1 for a MKE AP5 ETF prints No photos were attached to the submission Submitted the afternoon of 8/9/26 Approved the morning of 8/12/26 That’s a 2-1/2 day turnaround. My last couple took 80+ days. |

E-File Form 1 Individual, SBS EFT fingerprints Submitted: 08/18/2026, 10PM Approved: 08/19/2026, 1230 PM. ~14hrs to approval, when my prior SBR this year took 2 months twice (screwed up model number so had to refile). I think they might have changed the rules on approvals after the NFA injunction or I am absurdly lucky. |

efile form 1 trust digital prints digital photos 1x sbr (another threaded barrel 10/22 charger that i paid $250 for. lol) 2x sbs (12" barrel 870, 10" barrel stevens single shot (this thing was free with a broken stock. its been in the corner for 20 years. yester day it met the band say and is now 19" over all length.) filed 08/20/2026 (thursday) approved 08/24/2026 (monday) 4 days total (two of which were the weekend). atf is moving faster than hillsborough counties "cooling off period" (5 business day wait for people ) without a permit. |

Just submitted a Form 1 for a SBS. I have no urgency on it getting done as it will just sit in the workshop until I get their blessing. The manufacturer was not listed on their drop down and I expect that to delay the process. They have clear photos and I provided what paperwork I got with the gun to try to push that process along. Its a JTS 870 clone. I listed everything exactly as it was stamped on the receiver. So here we go. Form 1, Individual, SBS - Submitted 08/24/2026 Update.... Approved 08/27/2026. They are making things way too easy. I may never recover financially from this. |

Eform Form 1: SBS - added a 14” barrel to one of my 870s. eft prints Individual submitted 8/25/26 approved 8/27/26 ~ 52 hours!!! From over a year a few years ago to just over 2 days, gotta love it. |

eform 1 SBR LLC other legal entity, all electronic including fingerprints. Submitted late Friday 9/11, approved 6:45 AM today 9/15. Couple business days? Good time to be alive. I liked it so much I did an SBS tonight. Not as sexy as 4473, but zero dollars and a couple days? I'm glad I lived this long to enjoy this. I am enjoying it. |
