E-Form 1 Pistol to SBR EFT prints Submitted 1-7-26 Disapproved 2-15-26. Did not include manufacturing name was not included in the model name submission because MPX was on the pull-down menu, and SIG MPX was not on the pull-down menu option. To resubmit, I need to select “not on list,” and the ATF warns that the resubmission will take longer because they have to, in effect, verify something not on their list. |
In the real world off-campus, good marksmanship trumps good will.

EForm 1 SBR Trust EFT Prints Several submitted/certified 1/10/26. Have received first two approvals 2/22/26. These first two are in order in which they were submitted. ETA: the rest of my approvals came back 2/23/26. All approvals received in the same order in which they were submitted. The latest received just now (7:30pm EST). Last night's were as late as 9:30pm EST. So appears they're working late and on weekends to clear out the backlog. |
