Brought my popcorn, waiting to hear more...  I once served as de facto legal counsel in a foreign AO, so I have about as much legal training as my dog... that said, my personal thoughts - suppressors, in the applicable states, are now 'normal' firearms, as they are purchased and sold as such on Form 4473 - it was already permissible to build your own 'normal' firearm for personal use without an FFL, 4473, serial number, etc. - but no sales, no transfers, etc. - That could suggest that in applicable states a suppressor could be home-built without a Form 1.... - But again, not a lawyer, nor is my dog, so no legal advice given or implied. |

Basiclly this, but state laws still apply and you must be a member of one of the named parties in the suit. |
Three ex-wives  hopefully no 'repeat offenders'...Named party in the suits - would that not be residents of the states that brought the suits? That is the aspect that is the most unclear - to me at least. And will companies now start selling 80% versions...
