I just got back a long overdue form 1. They disapproved it because my background check was delayed.

Is this normal now?

I had 6 of these. Trying to figure out how to solve it as well. I also have more than 6 approved NFA items. ATF blames the FBI when I called.

Email nics liaison. I dont remember their email but it will absolutely help. I did it a few years back
