Which safe and keypad is it?

I have a Winchester safe but mine is from Tractor Supply.

I know if you call them, they will walk you through a debugging of your issues. They were pretty helpful when my keypad went dead from static shock. The fix was to remove the battery and touch a wire across the terminals.

The same thing happened to me.You better hope you saved your receipt. Then, for $100, they’ll sell you a new keypad.

You did keep the backup key somewhere else, right?
