Posted this in GD, but figured I’d cross post it here too. Just in case someone was looking for a cool little toy or training rifle. So I was at Tractor Supply yesterday & cops were there. Some dude tried stealing a Crosman R1 BB rifle. Box was all torn up as dude was trying to take it out of the box while run off with it. I’m standing there & I'm like, I’ll give $100 for it. Manager says, $150. It’s normally $199. I was like ok. Manager turned to the cop & asked if he needed the BB rifle as evidence. Cop said no, it was just a petty thief charge & he was just going to summons him anyway. So I got $50 bucks off. I already ordered a faux PEQ unit, Mock Suppressor, & Chineseo’tech for it. Gonna MK18 this bitch. It’s been quite fun this afternoon. Attached File You guys have one? What did you do to it? |

Overall, a very nice training tool & play toy. If you can grab one, I’d definitely do it. Even better if you can grab one on a discount. Attached File Very fun so far. I’m not sure about the longevity of it. I run around the Mesa’s around my house regularly, we’ll see how it holds up. From 26 feet, just screwing around in doors. Attached File |

Got my PEQ unit. It very light, feels cheap as balsa wood. Color is sus too, but we’ll see when we get it next to the magpul FDE panels. I’ll put some pics when I mount it. Still waiting for my chineseium Eotech & mock suppressor. Attached File Kinda cool they give you the stickers to put on it like a real PEQ15. The faux PEQ unit does work ok for being $45 shipped. If you look close you can see the red laser. Attached File Got the PEQ unit mounted. It came with a tape switch, I’ll have to order a rail thingy for it. Attached File Attached File Attached File Honestly, I’m surprised how bright the FL & L are on this thing. Granted, it wouldn’t be good by surefire, L3, or etc… but for the money, it’s not bad. Gotta see how fast it goes through batteries. |

It’ll easily take a small bird. My chineseotech is actually right on target, it zeroed right up, no problems. The laser on that FakePEQ15 is about an inch low at 10 yrds. It ran out of adjustment. |
