Random question, hoping for some help. What is the name of the company that makes the little timing kit that comes with the B&T Assault (Rotex) muzzle device? I ordered one from Silencer Shop a while back and it came with a two-piece timing kit that looked like a pair of little castle turret tops, depending on the facing of the device when hand-tightened you position the little turrets and when tightened down it timed perfectly. I bought another muzzle piece from another vendor on sale but I want to time it the same way (it was super easy) but I forget who made the kit! I have emails out to both companies requesting info but you guys are the repository for all knowledge so figured I'd ask. Thanks! |

I don’t know what SS or B&T is using, but it sounds like you’re describing the clever little system Dean (former owner / designer at PWS rifle co.) came up with at his new company, Heresy. Is this what you speak of? Heresy washer thingy |

YES! THIS is IT! Yep, I got one of these packs with my B&T flash hider/Rotex adapter when I ordered from SS.... the thing is like friggin VOODOO, I was actually sort of shocked how well it worked. And crap, it WAS three pieces... memory like a steel damn trap right here on this guy. Thanks for the assist on this, I would have banged my head against a wall (or until SS or B&T responded) trying to figure this out. |
