My youngest is looking at these brands and has decided to buy some knives. Are they any good?

They're mid tier Chinese knives. Civivi is a sub brand of WE knives. They're all over Amazon lately. I have one and it's fine for suburban EDC. I don't have any personal experience with Tekto but understand they're assembled in the USA with blades made in China.

I've got a couple Civivi knives. They've been pretty good for EDC in a less than austere environment. For the price I feel like they're a good deal.

I EDC a Civivi every day. It's a good, solid knife, and has held up pretty well for the price. I like it enough that I bought a few more.

Thanks ya'll. We stopped at a store in Maine that had some Tekto's in stock. He picked 2 of them up. We'll see how they do.

He's still looking at a Civivi.

I bought a Tekto last year. I returned it. Very poor quality for the Money
Civivi is good. I know it’s not on your list. But look at Spyderco

I’ve got a couple of Civivi’s. The Praxis and Mini Praxis. I like them.
