| Are the M44 Circle 11 Nagants round receivers collectable? I know they aren't snipers or Finnish but how would you rate them? Bottom, middle? |

| Yes, the Polish version of the M44 Mosin Nagant carbine is more desirable than most Soviet models. They can often be found in factory new condition which helps drive up the price on them. I have a couple, one like new and one used but both are fully matching. They are more common than the Romanian and Hungarian models but the Polish guns seem to bring more money due to condition. |

| Polish WZ44's tend to show up in the U.S. in either unissued/ gently used factory matching condition or in rough mismatched condition. The rough ones are Romanian exports while the nice ones came from Poland directly. The nice , unissued examples are considered to be among the best made Mosin's out there and can sell for a premium but it depends on which type you have since the rougher Romanian exports don't sell for nearly as much. |
