I just bought a part for a shotgun build that is made out of stainless steel but it needs to look like it is Parkerized. Has anyone on here made some Cerakote to look like Parkerizing? I need to send this out to have coated. Thanks! |

Depends on the park. Usually a mix of Armor Black and Sniper Grey will get the job done. It’s very similar to the old Colt Grey. Substitute Sniper Grey for Sig Dark Grey if you want a “drier” look. Some park has a very faint greenish hue to it. A tiny bit of Hazel Green is what I mix in for those. Does this look in the ballpark?
