I've seen the commie legislature here in Colorado try this kind of thing over and over. They'll pass a law and then it will get slapped down by the higher courts. Remember when Colorado's Supreme Court upheld the attempt to remove Trump's name from the ballot on a 4 to 3 vote? The US Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that Colorado couldn't pull that stunt, that Colorado couldn't tamper with the US election, humiliating the State's Justices 4 libtard justices. Maybe this is PoleAss's swing at the recognition he thinks he'll need to make a run at the Presidency in 2028. Or, maybe it's just another try by the Commiecrats in the state to thwart the will of the people. We've fought this many times before and won, most times at the federal level. |
