Best place to buy an Amsec online?

I bought a BF6030HD from Safe and Vault in 2016. The transaction and delivery went smoothly.

The safe failed after a year, from what I believe was a manufacturing issue. However, the locksmith who repaired the safe indicated the way S&V installed an accessory may have been a factor.

Unfortunately for me, all this occurred after the 1-year warranty expired, and AMSEC provided horrible customer service in addressing the issue.

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately you're not the only recent person to complain about customer service.
After reading TheSafeGuy's thread I was convinced that was the way to go but maybe not.
