Is there any issue firing rifles slugs through the standard non-choked 18 or 14 inch barrel? If you had a choice which barrel would you have preferred. 18” with screw in choke on no removable choke I know the removable choke gives you more options But modified is sort of middle of the road |

No issues at all. I’ve had three Benelli M4’s. Two 11707’s with the removable choke tubes, and one M1014 (currently still own) without. I had issues keeping the choke tubes right in both of my 11707’s, despite cranking down on them pretty hard. I sought out a 1014 specifically to not have to deal with the choke tubes anymore. |
