I tore down a Remington Model 11 in order to replace a snapped mainspring. While I was tapping out the safety sear pin, I accidentally lost the ball detent for the crossbolt safety. According to AI (machines never lie  ) the Auto 5 safety ball should work in the Model 11. I looked at the model 11 diagram on Numrich's site, and it's in the diagram but they don't have a listing for it. This is the later model with the crossbar safety, not the "suicide" safety in the trigger well.Can anyone here who has experience with either platform verify this? |

He sells rebuild kits containing all the springs and related parts. Even though this shotgun was made in the 30's-40's the springs aren't worn out. |
