Are there any vendors with an SBR length threaded barrel with the front sight dove tail?

I have a 10/22 in the Samson folder with a 16” thread barrel. The rifle has military-style aperture rear and protected front post. I’d like to SBR it but I want to retain the sights.

I’ve had zero luck finding any short barrels with the front sight dovetail and threaded muzzle.

I haven't seen any, that's for sure. You might need to have a smith do the work himself, even if it's just cutting the dovetail on a barrel you buy that's already threaded.
