I like the look and size of these 20 rd 45 acp mags - I thought the Stribog 45 mag was UMP compatible? The ads say nothing of that, but curious if anyone has tried them. Not a big fan of the HK parts, USA 45 Mags, as those mostly work but I received a few of them that required tweaking but was hoping these Stribog 45 mags may be better. https://globalordnance.com/grand-power-stribog-20rd-45-acp-magazine-sp45a3/

| I tried the clear Stribog mags my UMP (converted USC), and they are slightly too tall. You have to force the mag in to get it to lock, and when you get it to lock there is so much drag on the underside of the bolt from the top of the mag that it’s very difficult to move. While the SP45A3 is compatible with HK UMP mags, the opposite isn’t true in my experience. |
