NFA firearms would require a approved Form 4 from you to the dealer. If it doesn't sell, another Form 4 to get it back. |

I doubt anyone is doing it right now because until there is some ATF Guidance on this, it seems like interstate transfers may still require a Form 3/4. So if you're going to sell to a dealer in another state, you'll have to submit the Form 4 to them. I plan on taking trade ins for used suppressors once there is more clarity on how the injunction affects that part of things. |
