So I lucked into buying a p90 post sample from an estate. One problem. They didnt find a trigger pack or bolt /recoil assembly with the gun. And as I look around. People are either advertising crazy priced gen 1 ps90 trigger packs, or they are out of stock. I looked as 3d printing the pack. And even printed most of the parts just to play with, but the springs are hard to find and id rather have an original pack. Id buy a gen3 if the price is right and just convert it with aftermarket parts. But who knew these would be so hard to find? |

Just an update. I got a MPG and gen 3 trigger pack from a member here. Thanks! Got an aluminum hammer from tacswap thst is FA compatible. Its 3d printed and kinda rough so I could clean it up. Also looked at the HBI hammer and may just file a new notch in my existing hammer. I printed the FA "Front Sear" out of PLA+ but I have some CF and GF nylon filament I could use to make a better version. So its possible that ill do that. I printed some FA selectors and they seem to work fine. Then I realized that my selector seems to be a FA one that was pinned for SA. I grabbed the little plastic pin/nub and it popped right out, then i used some letter punches, heated with a torch, to add the "A" back to the selector. Needs color filled. |

My current plan is to ditch the printed aluminum hammer and just cut a full auto notch in the original hammer. But im not sure if that would weaken the hammer at that point. Fs2000 hammers are the same as P90 hammers, except are white. No mods necessary, drop in. While not super common, they don't seem to have as many people looking for them, either. Also, a full auto AUG hammer will drop in. Those can be easier to find. Aluminum hammers will eat plastic sears. Obviously not a big deal if you are printing them. |

Got it up and running with the crappy hammer. I think the FCG got hung up a couple times causing some hiccups in the rate of fire. It also wouldnt reset the trigger on semi initially but that broke in. The new hammer should improve that a lot original factory FN P90 |
