| Just got a form 1 aproved for a SBS. I expect to engrave trust name, city and state. But i thought some place that info was considered the "maker". On my form 1 the only place my trust is listed is under box 3a as "applicants info". I assume that changes nothing and i still need to engrave trust, city, state, right? |

One of the things that i am confused about is that my last form 1 was one of the free pistol brace deals back in 23. My understanding is that it doesnt need to be engraved, but it still has all the same info in the same boxes. So i dont really know how ATF would know that the "pistol brace SBR" doesnt need engraving. I guess i shouldnt expect ATF to be logical about things. |
