Thanks for this, will be useful to print out and keep with the rest of my manuals. Although it is interesting how much the charge weights and velocities change from some of the earlier lot #'s that I have, even with the same name (I have screen shots of earlier lots of mp440, mp165, mp515, mp520 & mp425 if youd like to compare) |

Good info. I’ve purchased quite a bit of MP powders but haven’t had time to work up loads for most of them yet. One difference I see is the MP 540 powder. The powder I bought and use for my HP service rifle is a stick powder. It is supposed to be in the vv N540 range but also comparable to xbr 8208. http://natoreloading.com/MP540/ Wonder what the difference is between the MP 540 ball and stick powder? |

A few more. MP703, 704, 705 and 706 are similar to MagPro IIRC I remember hearing the different numbers are because even though they are they same powder they are from different lots and so a bit of caution is warranted. So, should we keep adding to this list? From the latest email...
