(I'm in PA, so I don't know if the SSF v ATF case applies to me yet) Disregard. I decided to change plans and go with the 7 inch length listed on my form. |

I'm going to drop this here in the event someone googles and finds it and/or MODs don't delete. If you need to amend the length (to go longer) of an unbuilt silencer, do the following. Send a letter to the ATF stating the new length and control number. State that the silencer is unbuilt. Make sure to sign in ink. |
