| Air strippers tend to be of some use for airguns with pellets. What it attempts to do is force air away from the base of the subsonic pellet skirt so that any turbulence that is moving faster than the pellet does not cause any upset to its flight. I have doubts that it would be much use after going through the moderator/silencer/suppressor since any air leaving would likely be slower than the pellet. Now where air strippers are useful is on non silenced airguns. |
