| How can one find out when all of the proposed rule changes actually take effect? I form 1 an sbr, got the approval with the condition to add id marks. This is a proposed change to eliminate this requirement, am holding off doing it in hopes of not needing to do it. |

When they are published in the Federal Register as a Final Rule. https://www.federalregister.gov/agencies/alcohol-tobacco-firearms-and-explosives-bureau#documents There is no standard timeframe for this to happen, so we'll all know basically once they get published and are then in effect. |
