It depends which plaintiff group you fall under. The Jensen plaintiffs included SBR/SBS in their pleadings so they are presumptively covered. The Silencer Shop plaintiffs only addressed silencers, so they would presumably NOT be covered for other than silencers. Yes, it is a shitshow. |
