My buddy recently bought his first 10/22 and wanted to sight in a new scope. A stainless in a synthetic stock with a black Redfield rimfire scope. It shoots pretty good. Despite the heavy, factory trigger. So l dug out my home brewed target 10/22, that l built before the internet took off. About '93-'95-ish. Shot a nice 10 shot group at 25 yds.  One of the first time I've actually shot it from a rest, such as it was, intending to see how well it would actually group.  The point of aim was a little black for just above the scope.  Comfortable weather with sun and no wind. It was a good morning to be out. |

Yes it is! I've never been to Cameo, though. And thanks. We were in the first pork bay to the east of the rifle range and my "rest" was my pistol bag. With no rear bag and not on the concrete benches. With proper bags and bench it would probably be better. |

Cameo is nice. They have a range for everything, excellent archery ranges. The state has got to be losing a bundle of money running it. Still like your place better. I shoot the bow in my backyard. Attached File Have fun on the hunt this year. I missing out on my hunt, and I just got a grouse gun together. Busted enough arrows I finally got a can for a 22/45. |

| Missed out of hunting last year and was starting to get cabin fever Jan/Feb. So just getting out and hanging with my brother and nephew for a week will be all it takes to have a great season. |

Yes, but... The tree it hung from finally fell over. The buffalo is leaned up against the stump. It doesn't ring like it used to. And it's only ~130 yds out. |

Wait, the bear is the one in the tree at 130 yds. I don't remember a buffalo at all. There was a goat on the hillside around 400+ yds out. That was always fun to shoot but he fell over a few years ago and no one has hiked up to set him up again. |
