Q1: Alright guys, I've done a little research and I think I got it right- please let me know if I'm off base here.
My son has an 80% lower that is now complete. He's decided he wants to SBR it. My understanding is that we will engrave: Maker (my trust, he is an RP) Model (not required, but may do anyway) State and city where made SN- my understanding is that we will just make one up Please note that this is not a question about the possible rule changes. Q2: How do we fill out the form 1? The trust is based in my state, GA. He is a RP on the trust and lives in SC. Would we fill it out as normal then do a form 20 to "move" the item permanently to SC? It may be simpler to do it as an individual, however he would like his brother (also an RP) to be able to possess it. Thanks in advance |
