| I recently ordered a Liberty Defense cover for my 556 CRS. The can lives on my 11.5 CQB upper which doesn’t quite hit the rail, but there’s no clearance for the cover to tuck behind the collar. I reached out to returns and repairs to see about having a short collar sent to me, but I need to revise my order with liberty. Does anyone know the overall length of the can with the shorter collar or the difference in length between the standard collar and the short one? Thanks for the help. |
| Thanks man, KAC got back to me. Sounds like it’s .2” difference between the collars. Waiting for the new one to arrive. I would have loved to upgrade to a URX6, but my CQB upper is not notched. I’m sure I’ll spring for a K series upper to replace it whenever they’re released and easy to grab. |
