54R Ammo - What do I have?

I bought a bunch of these cans many moons ago. Trying to remember what exactly I have. Pretty sure it’s silver tip and corrosive, but other than that I can’t remember. Bulgarian? Grain?

The top can is Soviet 1975 production from factory 60, I believe that was in Frunze (modern day Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), steel core light ball with silver tip, 150ish grain with copper washed steel cases and very much corrosive.

Bottom can is Soviet 1975 production from factory 188, made in Novosibirsk, Russia, steel core light ball with silver tip, 150ish grains with a copper washed steel case and corrosive.
