Submitted my paperwork for SBR via E-file in December, took three months. Suppressor was submitted on paper October 21' and just got it yesterday. I've been wanting to do this since 2010, but finally got off my butt and did it.

It's what I call a THS (trunnion heat shield). I made it out of kydex (snaps on/off) after my first range trip with the AP5-P. That area got hot pretty quick. I don't own a pair of gloves. lol.

I thought it looked like Kydex but wasn’t sure. I thought it might be a Talon like grip tape for a high magwell hold.
