Quoted: Today I got a snail mail notice that my Form 1 application (during the amnesty period) was dissaproved because I missed a signature. NO instructions about what to do. I assume my options are: 1. Go into eforms and withdraw the application. (Or send an email to the ATF, as described in their email to me. Although the email said my email was supposed to be sent by Nov. 10th, and my disapproval was dated Nov. 18, and received by mail on Dec. 2) 2. Sign and submit the application (where? No indication where to send it.) 3. Ignore it. Any risks in doing that? |

No indication where to send it.) 3. Ignore it. Any risks in doing that? If he's like me, he will find that the application is gone from eForms. The IPB told me my options are to submit a new F1 now and pay $200 or to file it after Jan 1 for $0. Period. |
