Looking at getting my first crossbow because of my right shoulder. Is there a list of what is good and bad?

Make life easy and get a Ten Point or another brand with a built in cocking mechanism!

I can pull my bow back but can not hold it for over 30 seconds.

Welcome to the wounded crossbow club! I'd go try as many as you can. Just like vertical bows a bunch of it is personal preference; having said that Wicked Ridge is closing out the G3 and they are really discounting them hard right now
