I’m new to crossbows. Sighted in with 100Gn field points. Used the same shafts and installed 100Gn Broadheads. Archery range does not allow Broadhead’s at all. Last night missed a 26-yard shot at a big doe. Shot low. Clean miss right under her. Is there a Broadhead that shoots to the same POI as field points? Update. Ruined a few bolts and sacrificed a Broadhead but found my Broadhead was shooting almost a foot low at 20-yards compared to field points! Tried some new shafts and the field point to Broadhead difference was less. Zeroed with the Broadhead on. Field points shoot a few inches right and a few inches low compared to Broadheads with the new shafts. |

If you can’t shoot in the backyard take it in the field. Always verify zero with broadheads. Attached File Always have one in camp. Rotted stumps make a decent target too. |

No idea about how to zero crossbows for Broadheads. If a bow I could help. Are the Broadheads cut on contact or expandable? If cut on contact, keep in mind it’s a wing on the front. |

They are an expandable and should exhibit far less deviation from the field point. They make cross bow ones. Another option would be something like Tooth of the Arrow BH. It’s CoC but smaller surface area than larger fixed blades. At the end of the day though, you’ll need to tune somewhat or otherwise zero to the broadhead. Grim reapers probably will get you close enough to not mess with it too much. You need to verify your actual zero with the BHs regardless. |

I bought a few extra heads and shafts and zeroed the scope to one. Then found the next three that shot pretty close. Those 4 are my "go to" arrows. Scope zeroes like a rifle scope, btw. One is my "unload bolt" with a field point. The others are in my garage waiting for me to need to make new arrows. |
