I’ve decided I’m going to sell my registered M-16. I have a 10.5” barrel on it but the paperwork says 20”. Where’s a good place to pick up a cheap 20” upper? Palmetto state is just under $400. I don’t need the bolt carrier or charging handle. Just the upper. |
