I have one a few more parts to complete my AR pistol. A gas block, gas tube, and muzzle device. The end state is a suppressed 8" 300blk AR pistol. Purpose for plinking, larping, and home defense. I was going to go with a Superlative adjustable gas block. However, I have read an adjustable is not necessary for a suppressed AR. Also, the inner diameter of my Daniel Defense rail is 1.325". The SupArms AGB is 1.383" so too big. So far I'm thinking of getting a SLR micro gas block. It doesn't have dimensions on the site but I'm hoping micro will be good enough. https://slrrifleworks.com/gb7-micro-gas-block-set-screw/ Does anyone think this one will suffice or have a recommendation for a good quality one that will fit under my rail? Daniel Defense also sells two different gas blocks. One specifically says it won't fit under my Omega rail, so could possibly try the other Daniel Defense one. |
