I have Wilson Combat Beretta 92G, and want to get a Surefire DG grip switch for it. Which one to get? Surefire lists two models for the Beretta 90 series: https://www.surefire.com/dg-switches/ The DG16 is listed for the Beretta 92, using their (goofy and not great working) MR11 rail adaptor. My Wison already has rails on the frame, so it's not the same set up. Surefire also lists the DG20 for the Beretta 92/96 VERTEC. I can’t really help with an answer based on experience, but maybe this will help the Wilson guns are based off the m9a1 frame but with a rounded trigger guard an 2 slots on the rail. The vertec is the same frame as an m9a1 but it has the vertical 1911 style back strap grip, it only has 1 slot on the rail. It has a thick front of the trigger guard like the m9a1, and m9a3, and m9a4. The m9a3 and a4 have vertec frames and 3 slots on the rail. I would think the vertec version should fit the Wilson gun, but the difference in pic rail cross slots between them might be spaced differently and the light and switch might not fit right. The trigger guard being round, thin, and a little smaller on the Wilson I think it would fit with the vertec version, but there might be a gap or maybe too loose to work properly. Idk |

| As far as i can tell, the dg16 is for use with the mr11 because it already accounts for the mr11's spacer in front of the trigger guard and extra drop beneath dust cover with it's add on rail slot. Since you already have rail slots, i'd go with the dg20. |
| I got the DG-20, and it works fine. There's a bit of a gap where the switch goes from vertical to horizonal - probably due to the Wilson model having a more curved trigger guard than the Veratec. But the section under the guard is the correct shape and length, and it fits nice and solid. Thanks for the help. |
