It's a later, second generation Ace stock. The original Ace stock was not for an AR-15. They were screwed to the back of the receiver, of whatever gun you could put it on. Ace made adapters for the more popular guns, but were not produced for the AR-15 until Bob's supply of surplus M249 stocks ran out, and he had to make them completely from scratch. Below is an early, first generation ACE stock. Bob cut the front end off M249/Minimi stocks and installed a folding mechanism with two #10 screw holes on 5/8" centers.
