I read the Siren is the same as the Strike Eagle II 1-6x24 with a different reticle. I have two Strike Eagle II 1-6x24 and I like them but the reticle is not daylight bright. I think the center dot on the Siren is supposed to be daylight bright but I’ve never seen one in person. I bought my Strike Eagle II’s on sale cheap and for what I paid I’ve been satisfied. I have the original Strike Eagle 1-6x24 I use on a dedicated 22 LR AR-15. The Strike Eagle II is significantly better than the original Strike Eagle 1-6x24. The Strike Eagle II and the Siren have the same overall length and weight listed on Vortex website. The Vortex website show the Siren reticle is daylight bright. I’d assume the 1-8x24 FFP Siren is the same scope as the Strike Eagle 1-8x24 FFP scope with a different reticle. I haven’t actually seen either 1-8x24 FFP Vortex scopes in person. |
