Like this guy looking for more AP ammo, it's his favorite practice ammo Ironically you can get 50 BMG AP and API cheaper than you can 308 and 30.06 The current AP ammo law does not restrict 50 BMG because its not a "Handgun" round which means manufacturers can sell it to the public. Makes me want to buy a M107

More exactly they are tungsten carbide, or a cerametal there of. A modern day ceramic that bonds metals with high melting points (like tungsten) with other metals with lower melting points (nickel and iron) through a process of sintering. The older 5.56/.223 NWM from 1967 most likely has a cobalt/ iron binder. |
